Shipping Information


Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. For custom jewelry orders, we will contact you once the item is ready to arrange a convenient delivery date. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx second-day air; overnight delivery is available for an additional fee. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched, and each item is fully insured until delivery, which requires the recipient’s signature. Please note, Stellar Diamond Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.


In-store pickup is available for any item purchased online or in-person. If you would like your order shipped to an address other than the one on file with your credit card, please ensure the alternate address is registered with your credit card company to avoid fraudulent charges.


We ship internationally; please check local duties and taxes in advance, as these are your responsibility.


Return/Exchange Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Stellar Diamond Inc., standard in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the first delivery attempt. The merchandise must be in original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. We do not accept returns or exchanges on altered items, including custom sizing, engraving, rhodium polishing, or special orders—essentially, any items that are custom-made or not typically in stock.


At Stellar Diamond Inc., we are confident that you will be thrilled with your jewelry; however, if the item does not meet your expectations, we believe 14 days is sufficient time for evaluation. For credit card purchases over $7,500, a 4% restocking fee will apply to process the return.


Custom-made or specially ordered pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are crafted based on your specific requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a loose diamond or gemstone is added to a custom ring design and production has begun, the order becomes non-refundable. Additionally, any required structural changes to a jewelry item based on discrepancies between the predetermined custom design and the final item must be returned for alterations within 60 days from the date of completion to waive any correctional fees. Design change requests made after 60 days may incur additional fees, pending evaluation by management or our customer service team (this does not apply to alterations covered under the manufacturing warranty).


To return an in-stock item, you must first contact a representative at Stellar Diamond Inc. to obtain a return authorization number. Without this number, the item will be returned to the sender. Your return package should include the item, along with all original packaging and documents. Ship the item fully insured for the purchase price to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that Stellar Diamond Inc. is not responsible for shipping or insurance fees associated with returns. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received. For security reasons, do not label the package with the word "jewelry."


Once the returned item is received, our quality assurance team will inspect it. After verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to five business days from receipt of the returned item for the refund to be issued.
